What Are Your Political Goals for 2010?
Posted on December 09, 2009 by Alabama Tea Blogger
I can’t believe I’m actually asking this question. However, with the events of the last year and a half, I believe it is important for Americans to contemplate their political resolutions for 2010. In the comments section below, I’m asking you to leave me your New Year’s resolutions and political goals for the upcoming year. I encourage you to keep it productive, but whatever statement you would like to make is welcomed. We look forward to your comments.

In the 2010 I will ask more questions of my elected officials. I will do this by email, fax, and phone calls. In the 2010 election I will contact candidates for office in my local, state, and national races, and will ask their views on limited government, lowering taxes, and State and National Sovereignty. I also will strive to share conservative values with others, especially the younger generation.

I do not intend to pay one red cent in taxes to support anything the current administration supports.
It goes against my grain to pay for any entitlement program for anyone that could normally get a job. It also goes against my grain to pay for people that are in this country illegally!!!!!
People seem to overlook the illegal population here in Alabama, it is a growing concern. I work in a busy E.R. and see them coming in everyday. Not just one person, but whole families. Guess who’s picking up the tab??? I am and I refuse to continue to pay for people that came here illegally and have no desire to learn my language or conform to my way of living.
I am not a bigot nor am I a racist. I simply don’t believe in free handouts to anyone. Want to come to my country, abide by my rules!!!!
So, ask my elected officials what they intend to do about this!!! Or will they continue to cower behind some left-winged liberal for fear of not getting re-elected?
Truth be known, I pray none of them get re-elected. They do not give two cents about what happens to us as long as they continue please their croonies.
G-d help them in 2010/2012

For years I have voted for candidates that I hoped would represent beliefs of our forefathers and uphold the Constitution. I even donated money to the Republican Party in hopes of furthering policies that I trusted would be in line with my previous statement. This surely isn’t working and I won’t donate to them anymore.
For 2010 I am going to check out the Tea Party movement and see if this is what I hope it to be. Something has to be done as corruption has overtaken our government and the government has become a parasite upon the people.
